  • Room decorations, canopied serving area with special lighting
  • Centerpieces and table decorations
  • Name cards and holders for each graduate
  • Balloon bouquet for every graduate’s table (take home when reception is over)
  • Use of Central Christian Church kitchen with access to serving equipment
  • Reception Announcements and map
  • Hostesses who will serve you, your family and friends

Partcipating families Responsibilities on Friday, May 12, 2017

  • Help with room decorations
  • Assisting with set up, food prep, clean up, etc. as needed
  • Set up memorabilia and balloons for student’s tables
