TPA - Helping you educate your children for over 30 years!

The Teaching Parents Association exists to encourage, educate and support homeschool families throughout the state of Kansas.

TPA provides resources for homeschool parents: Free use of TPA Library, workshops to help you homeschool, ITBS Testing, annual convention with over 100 vendors and 60 workshops, listing of support groups and other groups on our website.

TPA provides encouragement for homeschool parents: Need more information about homeschooling?  Need help with a homeschool issue?  TPA has a large group of volunteers who are long time homeschool veterans - and most of them are still homeschooling.  We are available to answer your questions or point you toward resources and support so you can keep homeschooling your children.

TPA provides support to support group leaders: Through our annual Leader Retreat, leaders of all types of homeschool groups have the opportunity to come together for encouragement, new ideas and help with any issues in their group.  TPA is also available to travel throughout the state to your group and conduct workshops of any type - FREE!  Some workshops we offer are how to homeschool high school, homeschool 101, and how to make lesson plans.  If you have a specific need, we can help!

TPA offers a high school graduation ceremony, homeschool day at the Sedgwick County Zoo, used curriculum sale and Day Under The Dome in Topeka.
